MOMAA.org Return Policy
Overview
At MOMAA.org, we deeply value your satisfaction with the pieces of art you purchase. Given the unique nature of art, our return policy is designed to both uphold the value of the art and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duration
Our returns policy is effective for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the artwork must arrive damaged or not as described. It’s crucial to contact us immediately in such instances. Due to the inherent nature of art, we do not generally accept returns otherwise.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable products
Return Process
Should you need to return an artwork, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase directly to any artist or manufacturer.
Partial refunds might be considered in the rare situations where the artwork is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned artwork, we’ll email you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund seems delayed, kindly:
1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. Consult with your bank regarding any processing delays.

Sale Items
Only artworks with their regular prices are eligible for refunds. Discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace artworks only if they’re damaged or not as described. In such cases, please contact us at info@momaa.org.
Gifts
If an artwork was labeled as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit upon its return. If the artwork wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift-giver shipped the order to themselves, we’d refund the gift giver.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Considering the value of art, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
